Every shift is a mix — line cook one minute, smiling at a regular the next. We hire for crew, train for skills. Show up ready to work and we'll teach you the rest.

  • Hand-roll our signature burritosThe same way Julian's grandmother taught the family — by feel, fast, and tight.
  • Work the lineCook eggs, smother fries, pull green chili, plate orders. Move fast, stay clean.
  • Run the register & help guestsYou're the face of Chubbs at the counter. Be friendly, be quick, know the menu.
  • Prep from scratchBeans, rice, salsa, chili — every day, every shift. We don't open cans of nothing.
  • Keep the place cleanRestaurant work is restaurant work. We share dishes, sweeping, and closing tasks.
