Can I customize my catering order?+
Absolutely. Every package is tailorable — add meat to the Breakfast Bundle, layer extra toppings on the Taco Bar, or build a fully custom feast. Just note your customizations in the inquiry form and your manager will work them in when you confirm.
How far in advance should I place my order?+
At least 48 hours in advance — that's the minimum. For larger events (50+ guests, weddings, multi-package orders), submit as early as you can so we can plan production. We'll always do our best to accommodate, but earlier is better.
Do you deliver catering orders?+
Currently, all catering orders are pickup only. You'll pick up from the location you select on your inquiry. Delivery may be available in the future as we grow — keep an eye out for updates.
How do I place a catering order?+
Pick a package above, click Inquire About This, and fill out the form. Your local Chubbs manager will call you within 24 hours to take the full order, confirm details, and collect payment by phone. Once payment clears, we start production. No card details are submitted through this website.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?+
No problem — just call your pickup location directly as soon as possible. Phone numbers are listed in the footer below. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to adjust.
Can I order a fully custom catering package?+
Yes. Use the Create Your Own Chubbs Feast option above, or pick "Create Your Own Custom Feast" in the inquiry form. Tell us your vision, headcount, and budget — we'll build it.
How do payments work?+
Payment is collected over the phone when your manager calls to take the order — usually within 24 hours of your inquiry. We need payment to clear before we start production; that's how we hold your spot on the calendar. No card details are submitted through this website.
